Belz Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our services -- particularly our WiFi voucher purchase service -- how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to comply with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

2. Information We Collect

When you purchase a WiFi voucher through our platform, we collect:

• Phone number: used to process your mobile money payment and to send your voucher code by SMS.
• Payment and transaction details: such as the plan purchased, amount paid, mobile money network used, and transaction reference. We do not collect or store your mobile money PIN or full account credentials -- these are entered directly with your mobile money provider through our payment processor.
• Voucher usage information: such as when a voucher is activated, for network administration and fraud-prevention purposes.

We do not require an email address, physical address, or any other personal identifier to purchase or use a WiFi voucher.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Process your payment and deliver your voucher code;
• Provide customer support if you have an issue with a purchase;
• Maintain records for accounting and regulatory purposes;
• Detect and prevent fraud or abuse of our voucher system;
• Improve the reliability and quality of our network and service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your phone number for marketing communications unless you separately opt in.

4. Third Parties We Work With

To provide our service, we share limited information with:

• Our payment processor -- handles your mobile money transaction. Our payment processor's own privacy policy governs how they process payment data on their platform, and is available on their website.
• Arkesel -- our SMS provider, used solely to deliver your voucher code to the phone number you provide.

We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by Ghanaian law or a valid legal request from a competent authority.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your transaction and voucher records are stored securely on servers we control, with access restricted to authorized personnel only. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

6. Data Retention

We retain transaction records for as long as necessary to comply with our accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Voucher and order records may be retained for audit purposes even after a voucher has been used.

7. Your Rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, and request that we delete your information where we are not legally required to keep it.
