1. Who We Are

Belz Technologies ("Belz Technologies," "we," "us," or "our") is a sole proprietorship registered in Ghana under the Registration of Business Names Act, 1962 (Act 151), Registration No. BN025820125. Our registered address on file with the Registrar of Business Names is BW51, Adogpala Street, Bolgatanga, Bolgatanga Municipal, Upper East Region, Ghana. We currently operate from Techiman, Bono East Region, Ghana (Digital Address: BT-0046-3837).

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our services, including our WiFi hotspot voucher service (operated under the Belztech brand at hsvoucher.belztech.com and hslogin.belztech.com) and our other computer programming, IT consultancy, electronics, IoT, and solar solution services.

2. Our Services

Belz Technologies provides, among other services:

• WiFi hotspot internet access sold via prepaid vouchers, purchasable online through mobile money or distributed as printed/physical vouchers;
• Computer programming, IT consultancy, and related information technology services;
• Wholesale and retail trade of electronics and computer equipment;
• IoT technology services and solar solutions.

3. WiFi Voucher Purchases

When you purchase a WiFi voucher through our online platform:

• Payment is collected via our mobile money payment processor, which supports networks including MTN Mobile Money and Telecel Cash.
• Upon successful payment confirmation, a unique voucher code is sent to the phone number you provide via SMS.
• The voucher code grants internet access for the duration specified by the plan purchased (e.g., 1-Day, 2-Day, 1-Week, 2-Week, or 1-Month), starting from first use.
• Vouchers are single-use and tied to the device and/or account that first activates them, in line with our fair-use measures against sharing or resale.
• All prices are listed in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and are inclusive of any applicable charges unless stated otherwise.

4. Refunds and Failed Transactions

If your payment is deducted but you do not receive a voucher code within a reasonable time, please contact us at info@flowbeam.app or +233 20 310 4867 with your payment reference. We will investigate and, where a genuine payment was made without a voucher being delivered, either issue a replacement voucher or process a refund through the original payment channel.

We do not offer refunds for vouchers that have already been used to access the internet, except where the service was materially unavailable due to a fault on our part.

5. Acceptable Use

By using our WiFi hotspot service, you agree not to use the connection for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to circumvent voucher validity limits or session controls, or to resell access without our written permission. We reserve the right to suspend access for any account or device found to be in violation of these Terms.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. Internet connectivity may be affected by factors outside our control, including power outages, network provider issues, or weather conditions affecting wireless links between our access points.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Belz Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a voucher purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that voucher.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
